What's next? The Registration Packet

Once you have been accepted, you will be asked to send more comprehensive information to KCP-USA. This includes:

Personal Data Form - We use the information in this form to arrange your homestay or dorm selection.

Student Agreement - The terms and conditions to which you agree during your participation in the KCP program.

Medical Report - An assessment of your physical and mental health. If you have any special medical needs, we want to be able to plan for them, and we may require a letter from your physician. Complete, truthful information is very important. Living abroad can be very stressful, and we want to plan for a successful experience for you.

Housing Agreement - This form finalizes your housing option.

Arrival/Departure Form - Detailed information on your travel itinerary. We suggest you plan to arrive by 4 pm (Tokyo time) on the scheduled program arrival date so that we can meet you at the airport.

Statement of Financial Responsibility - This document confirms adequate financial support.

ID Photos - Send up to five passport photos (not snap shots), depending on your housing option.

Letter and Photo for Your Host Family - If you choose homestay, this is used to match you to a host family.
