The quality of education KCP offers is excellent and it is not an opportunity to be wasted.

Sam from Spring 2017

What were the most productive and interesting aspects of the program for you? The least interesting and productive?

The intensity of the programme was a good challenge for me. Meeting and communicating with my classmates using only Japanese as the unifying language was also very rewarding. The dedication of the teachers was also inspiring, and their accessibility to practice with you outside of class was very encouraging. For me personally, it was all productive and interesting because I understand that with a programme this fast and intense, what you put in is what you receive and I know I had worked hard to make the most of this educational experience. Thank you very much KCP! I would very much like to come back in the future :)

Any further thoughts or tips for those considering the program or new KCP students?

This is a tough programme. You must be prepared to put in the work if you want to be rewarded. It takes time and dedication to keep up, and it is absolutely worth it. The quality of education KCP offers is excellent and it is not an opportunity to be wasted.

Testimonials

Frankly, it seemed like the best. The other programs I looked at were either heavily geared towards Chinese and Korean students or prohibitively expensive. Plus, KCP has a long history and a LOT of alumni who openly praise the program online — and I hope to be among them!
