Even though I struggled a lot, the teachers always seemed to have an unlimited amount of patience for me and would walk me through everything. I also really enjoyed my fellow students, and probably enjoyed spending time more with people from different countries than the ones from America. I hope to have made life long friends.

Everything was great!! I loved meeting and making new friends with the students! 10/10 reccommend.

I was the most satisfied with the school field trip to Yamanashi Prefecture. The scenery was beautiful and the peaches were delicious. Also, it was one of the few times I was able to go explore Japan since I had so much homework.

The most productive & interesting: in class time was always fast-paced and interesting thanks to my instructors Okada sensei, Sato sensei, and Tanaka sensei.

I liked the trip to Yamanashi the most. It provided a very different view of Japan compared to Tokyo. The village, shrine, and individual experiences were all very great to experience.

The most interesting aspect of this program was being placed in a class with many other students of diverse backgrounds–everyone in a classroom must rely on Japanese to communicate.

I really liked visiting Hosei University to visit and interview other college students. Everyone was very nice and I genuinely had a great time. It wasn’t awkward and the tour around the main campus buildings was fun. I liked seeing college life in Japan.

KCP is a great program because of what it has currently. Great teachers, with a good curriculum, allows for a superior learning opportunity and is the main reason why KCP’s students are great at Japanese.

It was fascinating to get an inside look on how a rigorous company in Japan works from day to night to day again, along with the methods and messages that need to be passed from department to department in order to get the perfect story out for the rest of Japan to know about as soon as possible.

The dorm manager and other residents were very kind.
