Who Can Apply
KCP is open to undergrads, post-grads, and adult professionals (18+), from the U.S. and countries with a visa agreement with Japan.
Basic Requirements:
- Age 18 or older
- High school graduate
- GPA 2.75+ (for college students)
- 3–5 hours/day of study outside class

No transcript needed if over 21 and not currently a student
Language Prep (Recommended):
- One semester of Japanese or basic hiragana/katakana
- Most successful students have 1 year of college Japanese
Non-native English speakers: English proficiency required.
